UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh is hiring Part-Time Behavioral Health Therapists for our South Satellite location! Title and Rate of Pay will be based on Education and Experience. This position offers a sign-on bonus of $2,500 for a 1-year work commitment and $3,500 for a 2-year work commitment. Make a lasting impact in a child's life - one session at a time. The Behavioral Health Walk-In Clinic at UPMC Children's Hospital provides compassionate, same-day care for youth up to age 18 experiencing non-urgent behavioral health concerns. Responsibilities: Deliver targeted behavioral health assessment Implement one-time therapeutic interventions Coordinate with existing care teams and community resources Provide short term bridge therapy to appropriate patients and families Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required. Two years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions required. Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process, as well as application of current version of the DSM required. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
