In this leadership role, you will provide direct clinical and administrative supervision to a dedicated team of behavioral health therapists. You will serve as a senior member of the therapy team, shaping clinical excellence, fostering staff development, and strengthening patient-centered care- offering clinical expertise and oversight to ensure the delivery of best-in-class behavioral health services. Additionally, you will support special events and assist with clinical coverage as needed, bringing flexibility and collaboration into your daily work. Key Details: · Schedule: Monday-Friday, daylight hours · Primary Location: West 26th Street, Erie PA · Travel: Occasional visits to our Franklin, PA satellite location Responsibilities: Oversees and provides direct clinical care, including assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, same-day documentation, crisis response, and coordination with insurers and patient access staff. Supervises clinical operations and staff, including assigning daily work, managing caseloads and census, conducting performance reviews, enforcing policies, and ensuring continuity and safety of care. Leads treatment coordination and care transitions by participating in treatment team meetings, reviewing complex cases, assessing service needs, and referring patients to appropriate levels of care or community resources. Ensures program quality, compliance, and improvement through regulatory readiness, quality assurance and performance improvement activities, evidence-based supervision, and risk management oversight. Collaborates with leadership on program operations and strategy, including recruitment, training and education initiatives, budget oversight, annual goals, and system-wide performance planning. Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required. Five years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions required. Three years of demonstrated progressive leadership experience required. Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process, as well as application of current version of the DSM required. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctorate in Psychology required.
