What you’ll do at DBH: Develop and Implement Treatment Plans Complete Initial Diagnostic Assessment Coordinate Assessments, Admissions, and Evaluations Teach and Develop Client's Individual Living Skills Provide Individual Counseling Serve as an Active Member of the Treatment Team Documentation Submit Reimbursement Attend Training Sessions Coordinate Referrals and Conduct Follow-ups This is an hourly position covered by the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of #10 on the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours are Monday - Friday, 1st Shift 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. This position is located within our Cuyahoga County CSN in Cleveland, Ohio. Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter. Additional Salary / Appointment Information: Pay increase of 3%25 increase July 1, 2026. Longevity supplement after 5 years of service Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor II (LCDC II) by Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board. -Or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board. -Or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board. -Or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board. -Or Licensed Registered Nurse with practice specialty certificate in Mental Health or Psychiatric Nursing as issued by Ohio Board of Nursing. -Or Licensed Registered Nurse by Ohio Board of Nursing plus completion of Masters degree in Psychology or other mental health related field. -Or Licensed Registered Nurse by Ohio Board of Nursing plus completion of Masters degree in Nursing with a Mental Health of Psychiatric Nursing concentrate.
