Description

Brown’s Behavioral Consulting is seeking highly skilled and motivated Behavioral Interventionists to join our team. As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable youth, guiding them through challenges, and helping them achieve their goals.
We are looking for individuals with a solid foundation in mental health who bring experience in:
Trauma-informed care
Conflict management and resolution
Verbal de-escalation strategies
Culturally responsive and inclusive practices
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with youth from diverse backgrounds and be able to communicate effectively with youth, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications:
A completed degree in a relevant field (Child & Youth Work, Psychology, Social Work, or related discipline)
Valid NVIC
Recent Vulnerable Sector & Child Welfare checks
