We currently have a full time Behavioral Interventionist position available at South Royalton Elementary School to provide support to student with autism in their classroom setting.The primary functions are: - provide support and related activities (case consultation, attend IEP meetings, treatment team meetings, provide case management) to students in the school setting with a focus towards helping students to meet their educational goals.- modeling of appropriate problem-solving skills, social skills, life skills, and a healthy lifestyle, while providing opportunities to enhance vocational skills and participate in physical education programs.- Serve as liaison for schools, DCF, and other agencies and may assist in providing de-escalation and behavioral management and support as needed.We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, a matching 403b retirement plan and tuition reimbursement.
