Salary: $18 - $20 / Per Hour Maxim Healthcare is seeking a passionate, progressive and driven Behavioral Therapist to work with students who require instructional and/or behavioral services and support in the school setting. Why Join Maxim: Competitive Pay & Weekly Paychecks Paid Orientation & Additional Trainings Benefits including Health, Dental, and Vision PTO/Sick Time Accrual Referral Bonus Growth/Leadership Opportunities Responsibilities: Assists student(s) one on one or as a classroom aide, with meeting objectives relayed in their IEP including goals related to math, reading, speech, and independent skills Facilitates teacher-directed learning activities that involve lesson plans, worksheets, reinforcement systems, small groups, social games, work assistance, etc. Assists student(s) in the general education class setting as appropriate and directed Accompanies student(s) to, from and during recess, lunch and community experiences/outings Strictly adheres to confidentiality requirements regarding all matters pertaining to students, parents, parent communications, and/or classroom activities.
