A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available at a K-12 school located in Apopka, Florida. This contract position covers the entire school year, offering a structured environment to apply your expertise in applied behavior analysis within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to develop effective behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement and monitor behavior programs
• Provide ongoing training and support to school personnel regarding behavior management strategies
• Collect and analyze data to assess student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards in all service delivery

Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification
• Experience working with school-aged children from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and implement behavior intervention plans in a school setting
• Familiarity with educational and behavioral regulations and best practices
