MUST HAVE COMPLETED BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST / ABA THERAPY TRAINING AND HAVE A MINIMUM 1+ YEARS BEHAVIOR THERAPY EXPERIENCE. APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) opportunity is available at an elementary school in Bellevue, WA for the upcoming school year. This contract role focuses on supporting students through behavior intervention plans and promoting positive behavioral development in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
  • Provide direct one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and staff to ensure consistent behavior management strategies
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
  • Experience working with children in school or clinical settings preferred
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention techniques
  • Strong communication and observational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
