A K-12 educational setting in Olympia, WA is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a contract position spanning the current school year. This role is designed for someone with expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques, dedicated to supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behavior.
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to foster student development.
  • Support students in developing positive social, communication, and learning skills.
  • Maintain compliance with confidentiality policies and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:
