MUST HAVE COMPLETED BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST / ABA THERAPY TRAINING AND HAVE A MINIMUM 1+ YEARS BEHAVIOR THERAPY EXPERIENCE. APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

A school-based opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support services within an elementary school setting in Renton, WA. This contract position spans the entire school year, offering experience in an educational environment focused on student development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collecting and recording data on student progress and behavior
  • Assisting with functional behavior assessments and analyses
  • Collaborating with educators and therapists to support individualized student goals
  • Maintaining professional documentation and confidentiality standards

Qualified candidates should have:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician certification
  • Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
