MUST HAVE COMPLETED BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST / ABA THERAPY TRAINING AND HAVE A MINIMUM 1+ YEARS BEHAVIOR THERAPY EXPERIENCE. APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

A contracting position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an elementary school setting in Tacoma, WA. This role offers the opportunity to apply behavior analysis principles to enhance student learning and development across a diverse population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.
