A K-12 educational setting in Wetumpka, AL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contracted role covering the current school year. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with students across grades K-12, implementing behavior assessment and intervention plans tailored to meet individual learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs and develop effective behavior support plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement and monitor individualized behavior interventions
  • Provide training and guidance to educational teams to promote positive behavior strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and modify strategies as necessary
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student success and compliance with educational standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with school-aged children, ideally within a K-12 environment
  • Strong ability to develop and implement evidence-based behavior interventions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, families, and support teams
