MUST HAVE COMPLETED BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST / ABA THERAPY TRAINING AND HAVE A MINIMUM 1+ YEARS BEHAVIOR THERAPY EXPERIENCE. APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is sought for a contract position supporting students in a K-12 school setting located in Yelm, WA. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply behavioral intervention strategies to promote positive learning and social outcomes throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress.
  • Assist in developing individualized behavior goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistency in interventions.
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in educational settings.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to implement behavior plans with fidelity.
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
