Behavioral Technician 103 - Independent Living Program
Salary $32,000

Description

• Provides supportive housing and oversight to young adults ages 18-20 who live in their own apartments in Phillipsburg, NJ
• Onsite case management needs, life skills, transportation, supervision of residents including daily check-ins, weekly face to face meetings and transportation in an agency vehicle to work, school, doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping, etc.
• Ensure residents safety and personal development by following program guidelines, residents’ treatment plans and on-going work towards residents’ goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight during shift
• 4-day work week with evenings, overnights, every other weekend and some holidays.
