You will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create and implement personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs) Conduct ABA therapy sessions Build positive relationships with clients and their families Assist with obtaining necessary wraparound services Provide support and resources to clients and their families Qualifications: High school diploma required; college degree preferred Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others Effective communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work evenings between 3pm to 7pm Mon to Fri at a minimum of 15 hours weekly.
