OVERVIEW

Link and Learn Therapy Clinic is a direct business partner of Alberta’s FSCD program. As such, we are looking to fill two positions for behaviour aides/developmental specialists. You would be primarily working at students’ homes and the majority of our clients would be on the autism spectrum. Prior experience working with special needs children in a 1 on 1 and group setting would be a huge asset. Having a valid driver’s license to enable travel between locations is also highly recommended. The ability to work on a team (you would be working in close conjunction with a variety of therapists including speech therapists, physiotherapists and occupational therapists) would be essential.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or behavioral challenges.
• Background in special education or related fields is highly desirable.
