Responsibilities
  • assessing clients’ behaviours and abilities using functional assessments and other tools.
  • developing treatment programs for clients based on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • recommending intervention strategies, treatment, and discharge plans.
  • leading and supporting non-certified staff in developing ABA strategies.
  • providing specialized evidence-based treatment programs and case management
