Frolic Expressions is looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Behavior Consultant to join our inter-disciplinary team. Experienced BCBA’s are preferred and compensated accordingly.

EXPERIENCE:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field from an approved accredited University
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
• Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans’
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preference given to those with experience working with the pediatric population
• Preference given to those on the RASP list
• Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities specific course work, training, or workshops are an asset

• To work as part of an inter-disciplinary team to provide support for children and families with developmental needs.
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team for program development and implementation
• Assess strengths and needs of children and families
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Implement behavior analytic interventions and strategies
• Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians/interventionist
• Lead team meetings and collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plan
• Supervise and monitor graduate students pursuing certification
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis
