We are currently looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils in the classroom. You’ll be working 1:1 or in a small group with pupils who need assistance with their SEMH needs, behaviour management, and a friendly face throughout the day.
The day would be working in the classroom with a particular pupil, helping the class teacher and the pupil through their daily tasks and being a reassuring presence for them during their school day. Making sure to keep them on track and being present when behaviour that challenges occurs. If you have the kind of personality where that could shine, apply now!

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITHIN A SCHOOL IS REQUIRED, BUT IS DESIRED - HOWEVER, THOSE WITH STRONG COACHING, HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE, VOLUNTEERING OR MENTORING BACKGROUNDS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!

You will be provided a serious of online training courses and an option for our in-person positive behaviour management course all for free if you’re successful.
Contract type: Full time, long term (Permanent opportunities)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Pay: £95.76-£105.76 per day
