You will be joining us at an exciting time: ESA Hastings opens in September and will be our third site in East Sussex. Responsibilities
The Behaviour Mentor will be responsible for inspiring young people, particularly those who are permanently excluded or at risk of exclusion, within the East Sussex Academy setting. This role requires maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure while providing energetic and enthusiastic support to students.
