Salary: £46,840 to £53,602 Annum (Salary increase based on experience)
Are you a Registered Nurse (RNLD or RNMH) ready to take the next step in your clinical career? Passionate about improving lives through Positive Behavioural Support (PBS), but also keen to use the full breadth of your nursing skills?
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join Care Without Compromise at a time of expansion and innovation. We are strengthening our delivery of high-quality, person-centred support for people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex mental health and behavioural needs. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking, outcomes-focused clinical team, where your voice matters and your expertise is valued.
Working closely with our Consultant Clinical Psychologist and a team of PBS Practitioners, you’ll play a key role in embedding PBS and trauma-informed care across our residential and supported living services. You’ll receive professional supervision from our NMC-registered Clinical Director and be supported to develop and consolidate your leadership and specialist clinical skills.

As our Behaviour Nurse Specialist, you will:

  • Manage a diverse clinical caseload, with time to do the job well
  • Carry out comprehensive assessments and develop meaningful, least-restrictive care plans
  • Support staff teams with in-situ advice, consultation and reflective practice
  • Deliver training, coordinate clinical input, and contribute to service development
  • Help shape and sustain a culture of dignity, empowerment, and psychological safety for the people we support

We’re looking for someone who brings clinical confidence, compassion, and curiosity, alongside:

  • Current NMC registration (RNLD or RNMH)
  • Experience in PBS delivery and supporting people with complex needs
  • A commitment to team working, innovation and improving outcomes

Whether you’re already a specialist in this field or looking to grow into one, this is your chance to be part of something meaningful.
