What the role involves:→ Patient reception and relationship management→ Appointment scheduling and diary management→ Payments and HICAPS insurance processing→ Treatment plan and fee communication→ Clinic support — sterilisation and room changeover

What we're looking for:→ Strong English communication skills→ Warm and professional patient manner→ Initiative — you act without being prompted→ Reliability — you communicate proactively→ Reception or customer service experience (healthcare a bonus)→ Australian PR or citizen preferred
