We are seeking passionate Graduate Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our industry-leading, Graduate Program kicking off January 2026 with roles available in Maroubra. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community.
As a Positive Behaviour Support specialist in our team, you will help participants from age 6 to 65, with a diverse caseload including complex care, intellectual disabilities, communication difficulties, mental health and behaviours of concern.

Day-to-day you will:

• Provide ongoing support and intervention aligned to prescribed Behaviour Support Plans as well as recommendations for plan amendments.
• Collaborate with providers, families and a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
