Job Description
Outcomes Connect Australia (OCA) expanded into Queensland from Victoria in 2024. We are excited to announce that we are continuing our expansion in 2025 and are now building a team in New South Wales. For the NSW team, we are looking for two (2) entry level or early career Behaviour Support Practitioners who live in or close to the suburb of Parramatta.
We will consider people who already have an understanding of positive behaviour support under the NDIS or have limited experience working as a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner and a sound knowledge of The Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework for reducing the use of restrictive practices who also have a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based, functional behavioural outcomes.

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner you will…

  • Support our clients (NDIS participants), along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning
  • Identify meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising The Positive Behaviour Support Capability Famework, with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices, in the home and community
  • Develop, deliver and evaluate evidence-based support plans within a complex support space
  • Ensure individual plans reflect our clients’ goals, passions and strengths
  • Build the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support our clients - family, carers, friends, etc
