We offer: Above market salary package Access to incentive programs Comprehensive induction process to get you off to a great start Responsibilities will include: Assisting NDIS participants, along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning. Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based support plans within a complex support space. Developing meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising a positive behaviour support framework, and with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices, in the home and community. Ensuring individual plans reflect our NDIS participants' goals, passions and strengths, as well as ensuring they get more out of life. Building the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support participants in their lives - family, carers, friends, etc. Acting as an advocate and role model for best practice. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications About you Full Australian work rights Registration as a NDIS Registered Behaviour Practitioner at core/ proficient/ advanced or specialist level Degree in Psychology; Counselling or Social Work or related area Min of 12 months relevant experience Current driver’s licence Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work). Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills - strong report writing skills essential Valid Driver's license and access to reliable motor vehicle The ability to work independently Additional Information Why join us?
