WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Developing strengths-based, trauma-informed behaviour support plans for clients in homes, schools, and communities
  • Building trusted relationships with families, educators, and support networks
  • Conducting functional assessments and applying evidence-based strategies that stick
  • Sharing insights, celebrating wins, and learning together in weekly huddles and peer debriefs
