OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioural Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioural therapy and a passion for helping individuals improve their mental health and well-being. As a Behavioural Therapist, you will work closely with clients to develop tailored treatment plans, implement therapeutic techniques, and monitor progress to ensure effective outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential.
  • Relevant qualifications in behavioural therapy or counselling are highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working with individuals facing behavioural challenges is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in maintaining client records.
  • A compassionate approach with a genuine desire to help others improve their mental health.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address specific behavioural issues.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions and progress.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and medical staff, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients’ families to enhance the therapeutic process.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and developments in behavioural therapy practices.
