Proudly privately owned and operated, KTH delivers high-quality Allied Health services across South West Sydney, with purpose-built clinics located in Gledswood Hills and mobile services extending throughout South West Sydney.
Our team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Therapists and Psychologists all working together in a warm, collaborative environment.
We support clients from early childhood through to adulthood, with a strong focus on children and young people aged 1–18 years. Our mobile team also provides services to schools, childcare centres, supported independent living (SIL) homes, and aged care facilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for passionate Therapists to join our team! Work with a diverse paediatric caseload in our modern clinics, out in the community, or a mix of both.
You will focus on building real-life skills and achieving meaningful, functional outcomes for the children and families you support.

REQUIREMENTS

· Relevant qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Applied Behaviour Analysis or related
· Hold a completed 40-hour RBT training course or demonstrate a strong willingness to obtain it as part of your professional development
· Current Working With Children Check and valid Police Clearance
· Full working rights in Australia

• Deliver comprehensive assessments and tailored interventions to help clients achieve meaningful goals.
• Collect and analyse behavioural data using ABA principles to inform treatment planning and monitor progress.
• Offer outcome-driven support through close collaboration with participants, families, and carers.
• Liaise effectively with families, specialist services, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, client-centred care.
• Assess communication needs and engage clearly and empathetically with clients.
• Participate in clinical reviews and supervision to uphold service standards.
