Location: Falmouth, CornwallPosition: Full-Time, Long-Term (Flexible start date)Pay Rate: From £93 per day
Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs? Do you have experience creating unique resources to meet individual needs and ensure students can access the curriculum? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behavioural Specialist to provide SEN support for Primary-aged pupils at a school in Falmouth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to pupils, ensuring they are motivated and stay on task throughout lessons.
  • Adapt and create bespoke resources to suit the specific needs of each pupil.
  • Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure that pupils are fully integrated and can access the curriculum effectively.
  • Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment, promoting independence and self-confidence.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN, particularly Behavioural needs.
  • Ability to create and adapt resources to meet the individual needs of pupils.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals.
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students.
