About the Role As a School Behavioral Health Therapist, you’ll work in a supportive middle/high school environment, helping students thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.  This licensed clinician works closely within a team-based model to support patients’ emotional, psychological, and physical well-being through coordinated, high-quality care. Key Responsibilities * Conduct behavioral health screenings and assessments for adolescents and children 5-21 yrs. * Provide diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy using a variety of modalities * Offer short-term behavioral interventions, crisis management, and care coordination * Provide school-based behavioral health support in coordination with school administrators, and teachers.  * Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences. * Make appropriate referrals to internal and external support services. * Complete timely documentation, assessments, and billing requirements within the EHR Qualifications * Licensed Master’s Social Worker (LMSW) in Michigan * Licensure supervision provided: LLMSW or LLPC considered; CAADC preferred but not required  * Experience providing behavioral health services in a community-based setting preferred * Strong teamwork, communication, and crisis intervention skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team * Commitment to confidentiality and cultural sensitivity Why Join NMHSI?
