Why This Role Matters We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Bell Attendant to join our team. In this role, you are often the very first and final touchpoint of a guest’s experience. Your warmth, attention to detail, and dedication to service help set the tone for every stay and leave a lasting impression long after departure. What You’ll Do Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure. Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and vehicle loading and unloading. Provide knowledgeable recommendations about property amenities, dining, and local attractions. Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain compliance with safety, security, and ADA accessibility standards. Communicate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments. Maintain a clean, organized work area and polished professional appearance. Uphold company service standards and protect guest and company property. Requirements Hospitality experience is a plus. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
