Escorts Guests to their Rooms, acquainting First-Time Visitors with the offerings of the hotel.
Offers in-depth Explanations of Facilities within Guest Rooms, aiming to enhance their comfort throughout their Stay.
Addresses Guest Requests with poise and efficiency, promptly referring Specialised Queries to relevant FIVE Tribe Members.
Safely handles and stores Guest Luggage, maintaining a ‘FIVE-Styled’ level of Care and Consideration.
Maintains a polished and organised Luggage Storage Area, reflecting the meticulous Standards at FIVE.
Collects luggage from Guest Rooms and stores them securely until the Guest Departs.
Stays updated on the exclusive Products and Services offered at FIVE, as well as provides valuable insights on Local Attractions and Business Amenities that may pique Guest interest.
Proactively offers Assistance to Guests who are seen carrying their Luggage on their own, or other Guests who may need Support.
Adheres to stringent Cleanliness and Quality Standards in the luggage storage room.
Engages in ongoing Training and Development Opportunities as recommended by Senior Management, embodying the distinct ‘FIVER’ ethos of Proactive Leadership.
Demonstrates a Comprehensive Understanding of and adherence to the hotel’s policies concerning Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety, reflecting a Next-level commitment to Guest Wellbeing.
Familiarises themselves with all pertinent Company Documentation, with a particular emphasis on the Operational Standards Manual for the department.
Executes a seamless handover during Shift Changes, ensuring a Smooth Transition in providing Sensational Service.
