Job Requirements The Bell Attendant is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for all guests. This role ensures smooth arrival and departure experiences by assisting with luggage, providing hotel information, and delivering exceptional guest service at all times. What will I be doing? As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery. Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities. Ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of guest luggage during check-in and check-out. Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area. Coordinate with the Front Desk, Concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs. Deliver packages, messages, and other items to guest rooms as required. Assist with valet parking or transportation arrangements (if applicable). Uphold hotel service standards and demonstrate a professional appearance at all times. Work Experience Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, courteous, and guest-oriented personality. Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure. Physically fit to handle luggage and stand for extended periods. Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
