The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Bell Attendant to join their extraordinary team!
Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai Mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world-leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay includes 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Previous experience in a similar role is required. Customer service and excellent English communication skills, additional languages preferred. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Providing a friendly and personal greeting upon their first interaction with our Hotel.
  • Assisting with handling their luggage with care and respect.
  • Connecting them to the Front Desk team while maintaining a seamless service throughout the guest experience.
  • After the guest has checked in with the Front Desk team, you will guide them to their room and provide a brief overview of hotel facilities and room features.
  • Throughout the guest’s stay, you may also be asked to provide basic knowledge on the Hotel’s offerings.
  • You may also be required to assist guests with valet parking service
