Job Description We are seeking a friendly and professional Bell Attendant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Bell Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction from arrival to departure. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering a warm and professional first impression Assist guests with luggage handling, room escorts, and provide information about hotel amenities Manage lobby traffic and coordinate with valet parking services Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for the hotel and local area, offering recommendations and directions Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage storage areas Assist with special events or VIP guest arrangements as needed Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security procedures Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages a plus Passionate about hospitality with a strong customer-focused mindset Physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills for managing guest requests and hotel systems Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Empathetic approach to understanding and meeting guest needs Company Location: NH Collection Dubai The Palm
