Description Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore, managed by StepStone Hospitality, is seeking a friendly and organized Bell Attendant/Shuttle Driver to assist our guests. This role requires excellent communication and a passion for providing outstanding guest services. · Escort incoming guests to rooms. · Assist guests with luggage. · Inspect guest room to ensure that it is in order, and that supplies are adequate. · Explain features of room such as operation of radio, television, in-room movie system, etc. · Offer information pertaining to available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions. · Deliver messages and run errands. · Transport guests in hotel van within property requirements. · Maintain cleanliness of both interior and exterior of van. · Maintain all mileage records on a daily basis. · Report all trips to front desk; length of drive as well as length of time spent. · Keep record of calls for service.· Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks. · Set up sample rooms. · Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner. Requirements · Minimum lifting of 50 pounds. · Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity. · Hearing, writing, typing. · Minimum pulling of 50 pounds. · Other duties may be assigned.
