The Role We’re looking for a stand-out Bell Services Captain to lead the action at Crown Sydney’s busy hotel driveway. In this high‑energy, guest‑focused role, you’ll guide a large team of Bell Attendants, Valet and Doorpersons while keeping vehicle flow smooth, safe and seamless. As the key link between the Bell Services Manager and the frontline team, you’ll oversee the seamless movement of luggage, vehicles and guests while partnering with the wider Hotel team to create personalised, memorable arrivals. With a polished and proactive approach, you’ll thrive on the frontline, directing driveway operations, supporting your team and addressing guest needs with professionalism and care. Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to: Lead and motivate a high‑performing team across driveway operations, luggage delivery and valet coordination, ensuring an exceptional first impression for all guests. Maintain a visible on‑floor presence, supporting safe and efficient vehicle flow and overseeing the timely delivery and collection of guest luggage. Manage key operational logistics including group movements, shuttle timetables and the accurate use of systems such as CVPS and E‑Connect. Partner closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Duty Managers and other hotel departments to deliver seamless arrivals and departures. Coach, train and develop team members, fostering engagement, capability and alignment to Crown’s premium service culture. About you You’re a confident leader with a genuine passion for service excellence and guest experience. You bring strong operational awareness, high attention to detail and the ability to coordinate a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment. You will also bring: A valid Manual Driver’s Licence (unrestricted NSW licence required). Previous hotel experience in a similar guest services supervisory role (luxury environment preferred) Proven leadership experience supporting large or diverse frontline teams Exceptional communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills Strong organisational and time‑management capability Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality, particularly with VIP guests To be considered, you must hold an unrestricted NSW driver’s licence with a clean record. As we operate 24/7, you’ll need full availability across a Monday–Sunday roster.
