In your role you will be an information provider, diplomat, salesperson, hotel representative and public relation agent. Your service will be delivered with politeness, efficiency and friendliness as you aim to continually exceed your guests' expectations. You will oversee the efficient operation of the Concierge and all related areas on a day to day basis to achieve the highest level of guests satisfaction. You will ensure that all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that all follow-up on guest matters is completed in a timely basis. You will be trying to make the impossible, possible. Qualifications • High School Diploma • Previous experience in Front Office • Familiar with local information such as transportation, attractions and airport information • Good communication skills • Good level of English both verbal and written
