With 564 elegantly designed guest rooms and suites, four vibrant food & beverage outlets, and 18 world-class function spaces, we set the standard for unforgettable guest experiences.
We are now seeking a Bell Captain to lead our dynamic Bell Desk team.
About the Role

As Bell Captain, you will oversee the daily operations of our Porters and Commissionaires, ensuring seamless service delivery from the moment our guests arrive. With the support of Service Leaders, you will:

• Supervise and motivate the team to provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Ensure all luggage is handled swiftly and professionally, maintaining a welcoming and organised lobby and entrance.
• Lead daily briefings and maintain strong communication within the department and across the hotel.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our guest rooms, facilities, and local attractions, ensuring your team is well-informed and confident to assist guests.
• Coordinate guest transportation and vehicle control on the Porte Cochere.
• Manage rostering and leave planning for your team in collaboration with senior management.
• Support the Chief Concierge and Guest Services team with additional duties as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in a hotel environment.
• Supervisory experience in a similar setting.
• A full driver’s licence.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
• An understanding of Work Health & Safety practices.
• Full working rights in Australia.
