BELL CAPTAIN * Leading and supervising the bell desk in the timely and efficient transfer of luggage to and from the guest rooms. * Assisting with training and re-training of all bell desk team members including conducting departmental skills and customer service training. * Ensuring that standards are maintained in accordance with company requirements. * Monitoring and maintaining all front of house operations to ensure compliance with company standards. * Offering professional, friendly and engaging service. Qualifications: * The bell captain is primarily responsible for the supervision of all bell desk team members and activities and the daily maintenance of the bell desk area. * He/She is also responsible for welcoming all guests to the resort as well as bidding them farewell and ensures that all luggage, mail, and packages are recorded, tracked and accounted for.
