Responsibilities
  • Welcome and farewell, all guests arriving and departing the hotel.
  • Note arrival and departure details and arrange luggage assistance, storage and transportation needs.
  • Safely navigate our onsite car park to valet park all guest vehicles.
  • Handle guest enquires and requests, assisting Front Desk and Concierge as needed.
  • Move luggage, amenities and ad-hoc items efficiently to and from the guestrooms.
  • Be a local Melbourne Expert and engage with our guests sharing your knowledge on the cities hidden gems.
  • Be on hand to assist in an emergency situation where required.
