Job Description This position is responsible for creating a seamless, memorable and safe experience for all guest upon arrival, during stay and when guest depart from the hotel.​ Assist guests as they arrive at the hotel, taking charge of their vehicle and luggage.​ Handles any ad hoc requests for taxis/transportations and assures timely follow-up.​ Ensures that all vehicles can circulate freely at the front entrance/driveway. Manage the queue at the front entrance to avoid jam.​ Ensures the smooth transfer of guest's luggage on arrival and departure within the specified timing in accordance to the operating standards.​ Job-Category: Rooms Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
