JOB SUMMARY
As a Bell Person at Bisha Hotel Toronto, you are the first to welcome and the last to leave a lasting impression on our guests. You play a key role in delivering an unparalleled luxury experience by handling guest luggage, opening doors, assisting with valet services, and ensuring seamless arrivals and departures. Your professionalism and hospitality will contribute to making each guest feel valued and eager to return.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum one year of guest service experience in a hotel or related industry; experience in a luxury hotel environment is a strong asset.
· Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 25 lbs, including luggage, packages, and boxes.
· Must possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License and have a clean driving record.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with guests and team members at all levels.
· Energetic, outgoing, and guest-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs.

· Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests warmly.
· Provide a seamless arrival and departure experience, including:
· Greeting guests at the entrance and retrieving their luggage from vehicles.
· Opening and closing doors for guests with a welcoming demeanor.
· Ensuring smooth operations at the front entrance and maintaining the highest level of guest service.
· Assist guests with transportation and entertainment information, ensuring accurate and helpful recommendations.
· Be knowledgeable about all hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
· Assist the Bellperson team whenever needed, including luggage assistance and deliveries.
· Support the Front Desk with parking and vehicle coordination.
· Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
· Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front entrance and bell desk area.
· Adhere to all hotel policies, service procedures, and luxury service standards.
· Ensure that the entrance is always attended and all service positions are covered.
· Maintain security and accurate records of all guest room keys issued to the Bell/Door team.
· Document all relevant information in the daily logbook to ensure smooth communication between shifts.
· Maintain a professional posture and appearance at all times while on duty.
