QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Guest service experience preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
  • Language: Must be fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • License: Valid driver’s license required.
  • Physical: Must be able to lift/push/carry up to 100 pounds and move around public areas.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Promptly and safely transport luggage to and from guest rooms.
  • Secure, tag, and store luggage upon request.
  • Explain and promote hotel services, dining, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism; escalate major issues to supervisors.
  • Assist with loss prevention duties by conducting property walkabouts and reporting safety concerns.
  • Administer and report on first aid incidents as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness around the hotel entrance and public areas.
  • Assist with valet services, mail/messages, and guest deliveries when required.
  • Uphold all company and brand standards in every task.
