THE ROLE

We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Crown Perth Hotel team as a Bell Services Attendant. We have a Part Time position (48-76 hours per fortnight) available at our Crown Towers Hotel.
This position requires overnight availability 2300-0700 across a variety of days during the week.
As a Bell Services Attendant your role will comprise of a combination of Porter and Valet Attendant duties. Being the first point of contact for our guests you will greet them upon arrival and departure; deliver, collect and store luggage; explain room amenities and valet park guest’s vehicles.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuing guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
• Strong attention to detail through both service and complex knowledge
