Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Bell/Garage Attendant provides a memorable arrival experience and bids a fond farewell to our departing guests. Key to your success is delivering an outstanding guest experience and ensuring standards execution and in doing so will create memories that will last a lifetime!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Create the first and last impressions for our guests arriving and departing the hotel
  • Greet and farewell all hotel guests on the front doors
  • Safely park and retrieve cars from our underground garage
  • Deliver luggage to our guest rooms in a timely manner
  • Assist with day to day enquiries from guests pertaining to local area attractions
