Job Description Join our dynamic team at a prestigious hotel in the heart of Istanbul, Türkiye, as a Bellboy. We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests and contribute to their memorable stay in this vibrant city. Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure, setting a positive tone for their experience Assist guests with luggage handling, including loading and unloading from vehicles and transporting to and from guest rooms Provide informative and friendly guidance about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation in Istanbul Promptly respond to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and courteously Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in the bell desk and luggage storage areas Assist with valet parking services when required Support the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms or event spaces as needed Ensure the safety and security of guest belongings at all times Proactively identify and address guest needs, striving to exceed expectations Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues effectively and efficiently Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude Strong verbal and written communication abilities Physical fitness to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of Istanbul's attractions, culture, and transportation options Multilingual skills, particularly in Turkish and English, with additional languages being a plus Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred, but not required High school diploma or equivalent Job-Category: Rooms Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
