Job Description Join our team as a Bellboy at our prestigious hotel in Doha, Qatar! We're looking for a friendly and efficient individual to provide exceptional service to our guests and contribute to their memorable stay. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage and directions Transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring proper handling and care Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in Doha Assist with guest requests, such as arranging transportation or making reservations Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and luggage storage areas Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Handle special requests and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Assist with parking services when required Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security protocols Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs) Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Doha's attractions, restaurants, and local services Proactive approach to anticipating and fulfilling guest needs Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues Basic computer skills for managing guest requests and communication Additional Information customer related experience an asset Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team Your team and working environment: In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
