About the Role As a Bellboy/Doorman, you are the guardian of the guest’s arrival and departure experience — the first to welcome and the last to say farewell. Your role sets the tone for the entire stay. You will greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, ensure smooth transportation arrangements, and maintain the front-of-house area impeccably. You are more than a porter; you are a discreet guide, offering thoughtful gestures such as escorting guests to their room, introducing facilities, and anticipating needs. Note: This role is based in Paros/Greece. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism. Assist with luggage handling, room escorts, and property introductions. Coordinate transportation, taxis, and private transfers. Tagging, storing, and tracking luggage accurately Maintain order and cleanliness at the entrance and lobby area. Provide immediate support to guests with mobility needs or special requests. Communicate efficiently with Front-Office and Guest Relations. Valid driver’s license for assisting with guest vehicles or hotel transfers Assist with deliveries, messages, and guest items. Uphold safety and security procedures. Previous experience in luxury hospitality is an advantage. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Strong physical stamina and professional appearance. Ability to anticipate guest needs and act proactively. Fluency in English; other languages are appreciated.
