Learn more at www.Railserve.com Job Description In this role, you’ll work as part of a team to move, organize, and secure railcars, supporting customer operations and ensuring every move is performed with precision and care. Responsibilities

The Rail Switching Technician is responsible for moving, organizing, and securing railcars at industrial facilities. They must operate switches and gates, guide locomotives, and ensure all tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
